With self employment tribal youth marching towards economic empowerment

Ranchi: The state government has accorded special focus on the development of rural and urban areas as part of which the youth of the urban and rural areas are being linked with Mukhyamantri Rozgar Srijan Yojana.

Under the scheme the main purpose is to help the youth hailing from SC, ST, OBC and Divyang to stand on their feet. Such youth are being provided easy loans through Jharkhand State Adivasi Sahkari Vikas Nigam, Jharkhand Rajya Pochda Varg Vitya Vikas Nigam, Jharkhand Rajya Minorities Finance and Development Corporation.

Under the scheme the youth will get loan facilities which will help them to stand on their feet.

Earlier also youth hailing from SC ST Minorities and Backward communities were getting the loan facilities but due to Coronavirus crisis in large number the migrant workers have come back to the state and to provide them with employment the state government took the initiative to provide them with jobs. Earlier the youth were eligible to get 25 percent grants while they are now getting 40 percent grants.

The present is of the view that youth should get loans for self employment therefore for getting the loans the Mukhyamantri Rojgar Srijan Yojana has been started.
