Govt should give in writing if they do not want to provide security: Babulal

Ranchi (By our correspondent): Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and JVM(P) supremo Babulal Marandi on Sunday accused the state
government of deliberately trying to create problems for him so that he is not able to protest against the anti-people decisions of the BJP rule.

Talking to the press at the party headquarters here he said that no matter how much the state government creates hurdles for him he would go among the people even through a pad yatra. He said that only on two occasions that is during the death of his father and his son he has stayed in the home for 10-15 days while he has always remained among the people. He said that if the state
government does not want him to provide security cover than it should give in writing so that the same can be returned.

He said that by just not providing petrol for the vehicles of his security personnel his journey would not be stopped and will continue to apprise the people about the anti-people policies of the state government. He accused the BJP of doing the politics of terror and money in the nation especially after Prime Minister Narendra Modi has come to power. He said that in all the polls which have taken place after 2014 money has been spent as water and it appears that democracy is just confined in the hands of those who have money power.

Earlier nephew of JD(U) leader Jaleswar Mahto and member of Zilla Parishad from Baghmara Santosh Mahto along with his supporters joined the party.
