On the occasion of Constitution Day Chief Secretary Sudhir Tripathi administered the pledge of conduct as per the preamble of the constitution to the officials and the staff at the project building premises in Ranchi. On the occasion, the people jointly read out the preamble of the constitution. The Chief Secretary also greeted and extended his best wishes to the people on the occasion of the Constitution day.
