Ranchi: On the recommendation of the committee considering the demands of para-teachers in the state, the government has started the process of increasing their honorarium.
This information was given by Chief Secretary Sudhir Tripathi in a discussion with a delegation of para-teachers in Project Bhawan, Ranchi on Thursday. He said that this will increase the additional financial burden of the Government by 40 crore rupees and as a result, 56 thousand 170 teachers will be benefitted from this. Also, the formation of a welfare fund for para-teachers and extension of TETE pass certificate will be extended from 5 years to 7 years.
Mr. Tripathi also appealed to the delegation that they should cooperate in implementing this recommendation process so that this work can be smooth.
