Ranchi: JMM’s acting president Hemant Soren credited the ‘bulletproof’ strategy of Mahagathbandhan which ensured a massive victory for the alliance in the assembly elections of the state.
Addressing a joint press conference of the Mahagathbandhan where he was flanked by RPN Singh of the Congress and state RJD president Abhay Singh Hemant said that the manner in which the alliance had fought these
elections similarly the next government will be formed in the state.
He said that a strong government of Mahagathbandhan will work to fulfill all the aspirations of the people. He said that since the counting process was still on therefore he was not going to the Raj Bhawan to stake a claim for government formation but said that tomorrow any step in this regard will be taken.
Mr Soren also lauded Saryu Rai for fighting against Chief Minister Raghubar Das and emerging victorious. However, he said that at the present moment there was no talks of taking him in the party.
Former Union Minister and incharge for party affairs in Jharkhand RPN Singh said that he had traveled across the state during which it had emerged that BJP will not cross more than 25 seats in the state. He said that he knew a month earlier the outcome of the polls.
He also thanked all the party workers of the three parties for jointly working and ensuring the victory of the candidates in the elections. On asked over the post of deputy Chief Minister in the state he said a discussion on such issues will be held later.
