Ranchi: Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu today inaugurated by the Expo-Utsav organized by the JCI at the Morabadi Grounds here and described the event as one of the biggest and most successful consumer fairs which also aptly displays the youth power.In her address, she said she has been told JCI Ranchi is one of the oldest organizations of Ranchi engaged in the development of the youths to make them better citizens. She said that she was feeling very happy by joining this Expo Utsav organized by JCI.
“With positive thinking, moving forward the youth power of our state is always engaged in social welfare. I urge young entrepreneurs to discharge their social obligations, and only then the vision of “Make in India” would be achieved,” she said She that JCI Ranchi is doing great work towards the betterment of society. “Antim Yatra Vaahan”, Ambulance, Piyau at various places in Ranchi, Primary School and Dispensary at Village Level and blood donation camps are few social responsibilities that JCI Ranchi Family takes care of. Trade Fairs like EXPO Utsav gives an immense opportunity to the business fraternity to showcase their products and services and also to the end users who get great offers and complete range under one roof, she said.
Ms Murmu said that India is a nation of youth and urged them to come forward for nation-building. They should work to raise the economy of the nation. Economic empowerment of the society is an important responsibility for the nation. “There is an immense potential for the development of industries in our state, full of mineral wealth. People need to invest in this area; this will further accelerate the development of the state and the nation. We need to focus not only on becoming self-sufficient in all areas but also focusing on increasing exports,” she said.
She said that the role of established industries in the advancement of any nation or state is important but Industry is not only meant for large industries and factories,but also from small and cottage industries.
