Ranchi: Former Union Minister and incharge for party affairs in Jharkhand RPN Singh said that after Makar- Sankranti talks would be held regarding seat sharing in the Mahagathbandhan of the state. Addressing a press conference at the JPCC headquarters here
he said that doors are open for all the parties whether big or small who related with the thoughts of the Congress party.
He said that the alliance is not for becoming the Chief Minister or capturing of power but is aimed at the benefit of the people. When asked that whether JMM would be the face of the grand alliance in Jharkhand he said that it for JMM to decided that whether it wants to enter into the alliance with Congress for the chair or for the like-minded thought.
Mr Singh said that Congress president Rahul Gandhi was meeting different political parties who link with the thought of the party and said that a leader is always elected by the MLAs. Mr Singh said that as part of the preparations for the Lok Sabha elections the party will be organizing five major rallies in all the five divisions of the state between January 14 to February 20 which would be held in Chandankiyari, Gumla, Deoghar, Palamu and Hazaribagh in which the issues of para teachers, land acquisitions, hunger deaths, lynching, unemployment, women atrocities, impact of GST and demonetization and rampant corruption would be raised and answers would be sought from the government
