Godda: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das said the Mukhymantri Krishi Aashirwad Yojana which would be launched in the budget of 2019-20 will prevent the farmers from running after banks and money lenders and other the scheme every year for Kharif crops the farmers would get Rs 5000 per acre.
Addressing a Jan chaupal organised in Tilka Manjhi Krishi College in this district he said that those farmers who have less than one acre of land will also be given Rs 5000 per month. This money would be given through cheque and under the scheme 22.76 lakh small and marginal farmers would be benefitted. Mr Das said solving all the problems of the people was a priority for the state government and the central and the state government are both running welfare schemes for the benefit of the people.
He said that it is the dream of Prime Minister that by 2022 no one should remain e and all live a life of dignity and to realize the dream of the Prime Minister the state government had also decided to provide home to all the homeless by the year 2020. He said that homeless in urban and rural areas would be provided homes by the state government as it was dedicated for the cause of the farmers, poor, youth and the women.
He said that post the construction of toilets under the Swach Bharat Abhiyaan the women do not have to wait till evening to go out. He said that four year ago the per centage of ODF in the state was just 18 per cent which due to the efforts of Jal Sahiyas and the woman masons has increased to 99.9 per cent. Mr Das said that under the Ujjwala Yojana 53 lakh women have been tragetted to be provided with LPG connection under the Ujjwala Yojana and so far 25 lakh women have been benefitted under the scheme in which apart from the connection in Jharkhand free of cost gas stove is also being awarded, he said adding that the remaining women would get the gas connections by April 2019
