Ranchi (By our correspondent): Jharkhand Congress Chief Dr. Ajay Kumar alleged that during the elections the BJP comes out with a Jumla Patra as against a manifesto due to which it never fulfills the promises which are made to the people. Talking to the media at the press club here he said that instead the Congress party will make a ‘Vachan Patra’ against the manifesto and pointed the latest example of Karnataka where the loans of the farmers were waived off within 10 days of the government coming to power. He said
that Congress has given many path-breaking schemes of the nation including food security act, RTI, right to education and Mnrega.
He said that when the Congress will come to power it will give to the people right to health and alleged that the Ayushman Bharat Yojana of the BJP is nowhere visible on the ground as there no resources and facilities to implement the scheme and like prior schemes this too was a Jumla of the BJP. Dr. Kumar said that AICC president Rahul Gandhi wants to frame such a manifesto which is as per the wishes of the people so that they can get the most benefits. Coordinator of the Central Manifesto Research Team of the Congress Dr Amol Deshmukh said that unless the suggestions of all the sections is incorporated till than the needs of the people would not be understood therefore the party has also invited people from the ground and those with the NGOs to get their views. He said that for implementation of the schemes instead of outsourcing in-sourcing would be done.
