
Ranchi: JD-U MLC Jawed Iqbal met jailed former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav at the paying ward of RIMS here.
Talking to the press after meeting Mr Yadav he expressed concern over health of the RJD leader. He said that he was earlier in RJD itself. On his departure from his present party he said that Bihar needs young leadership however he has not taken a call yet on his future.
Jawed Iqbal said that Lalu Yadav had become very weak and he needed better healthcare facilities. Heaping praise on Lalu Yadav he said that on three occasions he was given ticket by Mr Yadav due to which he became an MLA.
On the other hand former MLA Ajit Kumar Jha who also met Mr Yadav said that health condition of Mr Yadav is not well and he needed to be provided better treatment at a higher medical center.
Dr Umesh Prasad who is looking after the health of Mr Yadav is RIMS on his part said that reports of previous weeks indicated his increase in kidney problem but this week due to some reason the tests could not be done however on Monday a detailed medical test will be done.
