Sudesh hails Budget 2020, hopeful of accelerated development

Ranchi: AJSU party supremo Sudesh Kumar Mahto extended his greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and hoped that the Budget 2020 will take the country forward more rapidly.

Reacting over the budget Sudesh said that the announcement to set up a tribal museum in Ranchi will give new dimension to development of the tribals in the state.

He said that the allocation of Rs 2.83 lakh crore for the agriculture sector and announcement of 16 point formula can yield positive results to strengthen to the rural economy of the country.

He also appreciated the announcement of the Finance Minister to allocate Rs 85,000 crore for development of SCs and OBCs and another Rs 53,700 crore for the development of the tribals.

Sudesh said that change in tax slabs will be directly beneficial for the people, moreover many important announcements have been also made in the areas of health, nutrition, education, infrastructure development, railways and development of airports which shows that the government was willing to work on many important areas.
