Pakur: A person was arrested from a passenger train in this district with nearly 60 bottles of liquor which was being smuggled into Bihar from West Bengal.
Pakur GRP incharge Mohan Das said that the arrested has been identified as Gourav Kumar Yadav who was carrying the liquor in Howrah-Rajgir Fast Passenger train.
He said that acting on a tip off a raid was conducted as soon as the train reached the Pakur station. During the search couple of carry bags near a toilet were found in a suspicious condition.
Upon seeing the GRP personnel couple of youths started to flee who were chased and one of them was caught while another one managed to flee.
