
Daltonganj: The Palamu police have nabbed a total of six criminals including two who were hiding in a toilet of a passenger train from different police station areas. In the first incident couple of miscreants were nabbed from the toilet of 53352 down Choupan-Barwadih passenger train.
The duo had stolen mobile of a traveller who raised an alarm after which RPF personnel rushed to the spot. The arrested have been identified as Afsar Khan and Mohammed Lukman.
From the arrested the stolen mobile phone and an Italian pistol full of cartridges have been recovered. RPF personnel said that they were in touch with Ramgarh police to seek more details about the criminals as it appears that they were planning to execute some big crime.
On the other hand, four contract killers who were travelling in a SUV were arrested during a vehicle checking drive on the NH- 98. From the arrested a pistol and Rs 34,000 in cash and other objectionable items were recovered.
