Dhanbad: Sleuths of the Anti Corruption Bureau have arrested a policeman for accepting bribe.
The arrested policeman has been identified as Satyendra Singh who was the bodyguard of police station officer in-charge of Katras Police Station.
A complaint against him was registered against one Ravindra Yadav who alleged that the man was demanding a bribe of Rs 6000 to strengthen their case which they had registered in an instance of eve-teasing at the Katras Police station.
The complainant in his complaint to the ACB said that the man kept pressing him for giving the bribe or else warned him of being falsely implicated in the case and sent to jail. After the verification of the complaint, the ACB laid a trap and arrested the policeman as soon as money exchanged hands.
