Hazaribagh: A local court in this district awarded life imprisonment to four accused which included three brothers in a murder case.
The court of ADJ (third) awarded the punishment to Haji Sanu, Lallu Khan and Kallu Khan and their brother-in-law for the murder of one Md Shami who was killed on December 16, 2013 at the Pugmil Kallu Chowk on the Pelawal road. Police had made six accused in the case however one Naushad was released during the course of trial as allegations could not be proved against him.
Over a land dispute on December 16, 2013 criminals had opened indiscriminate firing on a car in which Md Shami died while Md Sajju had sustained serious injuries who was later also murdered on July 18, 2018.
