Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court has provided bail facility to Anju Devi, wife of Akhilesh Yadav, a member of banned naxalite organization MCC, who was arrested with explosives-making material.
Anju Devi's criminal appeal was heard in the bench of High Court judges Justice Rangoon Mukhopadhyay and Justice Deepak Roshan.
Advocates Tanu Kumari and Ramesh Kumar argued on behalf of Anju Devi.
Case number 25/2024 was registered against Anju Devi in Hussainabad police station of Palamu district.
In which, Akhilesh Yadav and other people were accused under other serious sections including the Explosives Act.
