Ranchi: Ranchi Police has busted a gang involved in online gaming and cyber fraud.
On the instructions of SSP Chandan Sinha, the police team raided flat number 101 of Isha Apartment in Litchi Bagan of Sadar police station area and arrested four criminals of the gang.
The cybercriminals who have been arrested.
They include Arman Namdev, Karan Namdev, Lalit Soni and Pratyush Srivastava, residents of Chhattisgarh.
SSP gave this information in a press conference on Saturday afternoon. The arrested cybercriminals admitted during interrogation that they were spreading the business of online gaming and cyber fraud in Chhattisgarh as well as Jharkhand. For this, a center was opened by these cyber criminals.
25 ATMs, one laptop, 7 checkbooks, 24 passports and many mobile phones and SIM cards have been recovered from the arrested criminals.
