BJP stages ‘silent protest’ outside the Rajbhawan protesting against Burugulikera massacre

Ranchi: The BJP in Jharkhand staged a ‘silent’ protest outside the Raj Bhawan protesting against the killing of seven tribals in Burugulikera under Gudri Police Station area of the West Singhbhum district.

The agitation programme was led by former Chief Minister Raghubar Das and was also attended by many party MPs including Sudarshan Bhagat, Sunil Soren etc and MLAs and mayors of the BJP. Later a delegation of the BJP
leaders also called on the governor and handed her a memorandum condemning the killing of seven innocent tribals in West Singhbhum and attack on pro-CAA rally in Lohardaga.

The leaders of the BJP also carried ply-cards with several slogans written on them which attacked the state government for declining law and order situation, demanded death punishment for the killers of 7 tribals and also accused the state government for being responsible for the present anarchy in the state.
