Ranchi: Incharge for Vidhan Sabha polls of Jharkhand BJP Omprakash Mathur claimed that people of the state are of the belief that only BJP can do development in the state which they have seen in the last five years.
Addressing a press conference here he said that the schemes of the central and the state governments are reaching to the people and there was enthusiasm among the people towards the candidates of the party, therefore, it was clear that BJP will form the next government with a majority in the state.
He said that after the distribution of tickets campaigning has started in all the areas and good response of the people is being witnessed in the meetings of the party. He claimed that as per the feedback being received from the filed it is clear that BJP will achieve its target of 65 plus seats.
Mathur said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing election rallies on November 25 in Daltonganj and Gumla for whch preparations have been done by the party and claimed that post the Prime Minister’s rallies more favourable winds will blow in favour of the party.
Over the political happenings in Maharashtra, he claimed that when aspirations of alliance partners increase than the alliance is not able to survive. He said that BJP and Shiv Sena had jointly contested the polls and BJP had won double the seats than Shiv Sena but despite that Shiv Sena was adamant on its demand.
He said that no party alone can take on the BJP. On the comments of Home Minister Amit Shah regarding wiping out of maoists from the state he said that Mr Shah had said that maoists have been almost ended from Jharkhand which is also true and once BJP is back in power the remaining ultras will also be removed.
