People should not give a single seat to anti democratic JMM and Congress

Hazaribagh: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that JMM and Congress indulge in family politics and are anti democratic therefore the people of the state should not allow these parties to win any seat.

Addressing public meetings in Hazaribagh and Mandu he said that the people will should tell these parties that they do not believe in politics of caste and creed but will vote for the politics of development. He said that it was BJP which has defined democracy in true sense where a worker goes on to become the Chief Minister and a Chaiwalla the Prime Minister.

He said that Congress chief himself has said that the alliance was of corrupt and thieves therefore the people should decide whether they want a strong government or not. He said that in the elections of 2014 and 2019 the people have rejected those who believe in the politics of caste creed and community and are accepting positive and development oriented politics due to which BJP government was in centre and the state.

He said that the present state government has constructed and started classes in three medical colleges of Palamu, Hazaribagh and Dumka while construction of College was on in Chaibasa and Koderma. He said that now the students of the state will not have to go outside for studies, moreover for skill development of youth a sum of Rs 700 crore is being spent.

He said that due to the lack of domicile policy recruitment in the state was hampered and the policy made by the BJP was delayed by JMM and Congress who indulged in politics over the issue. He said that after the domicile policy came into existence 90 percent locals have been appointed and in 13 listed areas for 10 years jobs have been reserved for locals in category 3rd and 4th.

Mr Das said before 2014 political instability prevailed in the state and law and order situation was also poor however in the last five years a taint free government has been provided to the people and maoists were breathing their last in the state.

He said that without power development can not be imagined and pointed that the double engine government has provided power in 30 lakh homes. He said that the farmers are getting Rs 31,000 under Pradhan Mantri Kissan Samman Yojana and Mukhyamantri Krishi Aashirwad Yojana while women have got free LPG connections and gas cylinders under Ujjwala Yojana, 57 lakh families have been covered under Ayushaman Bharat Yojana.

The Chief Minister said that tourism has huge potential in the state and said that Chinnmastika Temple in Rajrappa was being developed on the likes of Vaishno Devi and Rs 400 crore is being invested to construct Buddhist Stupa in Itkhori while Parasnath was also being developed for Jain pilgrims. He said that Patratu will be developed on likes of Marine drive
