Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das once again warned the officials to mend their ways or else the government will be giving them VRS to those who do not want to work.
Chairing the Sidhi Baat program at the Suchna Bhawan here hi he directed the agriculture secretary to conduct a probe into the entire episode. The instructions from the Chief Minister followed after Piko Devi of Ranchi had registered her complaint that despite being approved two cows by the district Dairy Development Office she was only given one cow.
Mr Das also instructed that the director of the dairy development directorate that he should go with the complainant to her village and review the entire matter and submit his findings.
Rakesh Hembrom of Haatgamaria in his complaint had said that his father died during office in the year 2017 but despite that they were not given the pension or job on compensatory grounds over this the Chief Minister said that the pension work has been completed and soon a family member would be given a job and directed the DC of the West Singhbhum district to send a recommendation soon in this regard.
The villagers of Metar village of Barhet block of Sahibganj district had a complaint that through the water tower water was not being supplied to them over this the Chief Minister said that the Solar Panel put up on the water tower is non-functional which would be repaired in the next two days after which the water supply would commence in the village.
A complainant who had registered his complain that despite being a andolankari his father was not getting the benefits provided by the state government over this Mr Das said that there was some problems with the name of his father which has been corrected and in the next two days it would be sorted out as Additional Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh himself was looking into the matter.
The villages of Hehal under Gola block of Ramgarh district had registered their complaint that one kilometre stretch of road was in very poor condition in their village and since it was a hilly terrain therefore they were facing lots of problems in commuting over this the Chief Minister directed the DC of Ramgarh to make use of the funds from the district mining fund and construct the road over which the officer said that the process for road construction has commenced and soon it would be completed as a sum of Rs 1 crore is being spent on it.
