Trader hold agitation over decling law & order condition in city

Ranchi: On the call of the Jharkhand Chamber traders held a protest at the Albert Ekka Chowk of the state capital against the poor law and order situation in the state capital and also kept their shops and business establishments closed till 2 pm.

President of Jharkhand Chamber Kunal Ajmani said that the organisation has never been supportive of the bandh however due to the recent criminal incidents an environment of fear has been created and not only the traders but also the common people were scared of the rising moral of the criminals.

The agitators, on the other hand, said that due to the failure of the administrative machinery the common people and the business community were in a problem but it was unfortunate to note the attitude of the state government and local administration towards the taxpayers.
