Bokaro: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said Bhagwan Birsa Munda and other great men of the state scarified their lives to make a prosperous and rich Jharkhand and the present state government was functioning to fulfill their dreams and the hopes and aspirations of the people.
Addressing a public meeting as part of Johar Jan Aashirwad Yatra in Chandankiyari here he said that all-round development of the tribals, Dalits and backward was a priority for the state government.
He said that Jharkhand has all the ingredients which were needed to make a developed state and in the last five years the state government has laid the foundation for the same through its hard work and dedication.
He said that in the last five years power has been provided in 30 lakh homes, benefits of Ayushman Bharat Yojana for 57 lakh families, 40 lakh homes covered under Ujjwala Yojana, 32 lakh farmers covered under Krishi Aashitwad Yojana which was mainly possible due to the support of the people received in 2014.
