CM asks officials to improve facilities in industrial hubs

Ranchi (By our Correspondent): Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das directed the officials to improve the facilities in the industrial areas of the state. Chairing a meeting of the Board of Directors of JIADA at the project building here he said the state government was
providing numerous facilities to the investors and proper awareness regarding them should be created so that more investors are drawn to the state.

He said that in which every area new industries are being developed there plantation drive should be undertaken on the boundary. He asked the officials to make sure that the repair of the roads and the drains are regularly done. Mr. Das asked to develop such places for investment where investors want to put up their money.

During the course of the meeting, the Chief Minister was informed that in Patratu an area of 222 acres while in Sodha another 210 acres have been identified for development apart from that in Dhanbad land would be allotted for Leather footwear park construction and IT park. Those present in the meeting included Additional Chief Secretary Finance Sukhdeo Singh, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sunil Kumar Barnwal and others.
