Round the clock work on for data entry for beneficiaries of Krishi Aashirwad Yojana

Ranchi: Round the clockwork is currently being done in all the 24 districts of the state for entering the data and updation of the list of the farmers to be benefited under the Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana in the state.

Agriculture secretary Pooja Singhal said that in three different shifts, staff and officials of the agriculture department and those of the districts are involved in the registration work so that maximum benefit can reach to the farmers as this task is being done uninterrupted in the districts and even Chief Minister Raghubar Das has said to the people involved in this task that since they were doing a noble work, therefore, they should not rest.

The Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana would be launched in the state on August 10 and on that day in the accounts of 15 lakh farmers of the state the first installment of money would be sent.

The farmers of the state are already getting benefits under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and now the government was getting ready to give them the benefits of Krishi Ashirwad Yojana under which farmers having land up to 5 acres would be eligible for a minimum of Rs 5000 and maximum of Rs 25000. If the benefits of both the schemes are combined together then minimum the farmers in the state would annually get Rs 11000 and a maximum of Rs 31000.
