Chief Minister gets grand welcome in Garhwa

Garhwa: Chief Minister Hemant Soren inaugurated the tour program of various districts of the state from Garhwa.

During the district tour, the Chief Minister met the general public and became aware of their problems. The Chief Minister listened seriously to the problems of the people and assured to solve their problems in every possible way on behalf of the state government.

The people of the Garhwa district gave a grand welcome to the Chief Minister and felicitated the Chief Minister for running public welfare schemes in the district.

On this occasion members under the banner of Jharkhand Pradesh Anganwadi Workers Union, Garhwa of All India Anganwadi Workers Federation welcomed and expressed gratitude towards the Chief Minister by showering flowers.

On the other hand, the players of Garhwa also expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister for the Jharkhand Sports Policy. During the district tour programme, the Chief Minister garlanded the statue of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi at Tower Chowk and Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar at Ambedkar Chowk.

The Chief Minister performed Bhoomi Pujan and laid the foundation stone for the installation of a grand statue of Martyr Nilambar Pitambar in the Town Hall Garhwa premises.

Minister, Labour Employment Training and Skill Development Department, Satyanand Bhokta, Minister, Drinking Water and Sanitation Department Mithilesh Kumar Thakur, Minister, Agriculture Department Badal, Garhwa Zilla Parishad President Shanti Devi and others were present on the occasion.
