Hyderabadi Food Festival at BNR Chanakya from Dec 21-30

Ranchi: The weather has taken turned towards winter and if that’s making you crave for some comfort food than there is a choice of Hyderabadi cuisine which like its culture has stood high and unmatched by any other state in India. The BNR Chanakya would be organising a Hyderabadi Food Festival from December 21-30 under which the people would be able to feel the rich taste and diversity of the Nizam’s Kingdom as a combination of the kebabs, pilfas, korma, yogurt dishes richly enhanced with aromatic and spicy flavouring would be on the platter said GM Food and Beverages Yogendra Singh.

What makes Hyderabadi Cuisine special is the use of special ingredients including herbs, spices, condiments or an amalgamation of these renders a unique taste and texture to the dish said Dharmbir Kumar Manager Food and Beverages. Executive Chef Pinaki Mishra and his team of expert Hyderabadi cuisine will prepare the dishes during this festivity and for the foodies at the end of the meal they have the option of demanding a ‘meethapaan’.
