Mahagathbandhan to fall apart before Lok Sabha polls: Laxman Giluwa

Dumka (By our correspondent): State BJP president and Chaibasa MP Laxman Giluwa said that the dreams of forging a Mahagathbandhan would be shattered before the Lok Sabha polls. Addressing a press conference at the circuit house here he said that in the by-polls to the Kolibera seat of the Jharkhand Assembly the dreams of Mahagathbandhan were broken as the opposition
parties failed to come on a consensus and before the Lok Sabha polls it will be completely destroyed.

He said that in the seven decades of Independence the Congress has been in power but during that period in the name of welfare and development the tribals were only cheated by the party and on the other hand the BJP has been working with dedication for the welfare of the tribals and realize their dreams on the ground. He said that due to the work put in the party workers BJP was able to win the 12 Lok Sabha seats in the state and lost narrowly in Dumka and Rajmahal and this time around the party has set a target to win all the 14 seats in the state.

Mr Giluwa said that the party workers are fully geared up for the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha polls in the state. Earlier Mr Giluwa chaired a meeting with the coordinators and incharge of the 14 Lok Sabha constituencies here and reviewed the preparations on part of the party organization for the problems. He said that the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee would be celebrated as Good Governance day during which on December 25 in all the assembly areas padyatra programme would be conducted.
