Jayant Sinha asks CM to make list of trains coming to Jharkhand public

Ramgarh: Former Union Minister and Hazaribagh MP Jayant Sinha has asked Chief Minister Hemant Soren to make public the list of trains that would be coming to the state and their origin place.

He said that Railways Ministry has clearly said that the department should be only informed regarding the place of origin of the train and their destination in the state after which trains are immediately provided at the destination station.

He questioned as to why he was waiting despite having given NOC for 110 trains. Mr Sinha said that he was not getting involved in the political war as the entire country was together battling Coronavirus however the Chief Minister should come out in open regarding the origin and destination station of these trains so that people do not walk on foot to their villages.

The MP said on the Parvasi portal 6.85 workers have registered which means Jharkhand would need 600 trains to bring them but only 48 trains have come to the state and therefore from where and when these trains would come details should be given.

In another question, he said that he had himself given a list of 54000 people to the government and whether their names have been included in the list or not as to bring them even 50 trains will be needed.
