BJP to hold phase wise agitation if Babulal Marandi is not declared leader of opposition on March 12

Ranchi: The state BJP has declared that if Babulal Marandi will not be made the Leader of Opposition on March 12 than the part will launch phase-wise agitation in the state.

State vice president Pradeep Verma said that the election commission has approved the merger of JVM-P and the BJP and order in this regard has been also issued by the commission in which it has agreed that JVM-P as party has become non-existent and its symbol has been also seized.

He said that now as per the norms Babulal Marandi should be made the Leader of Opposition without any delay so that the house can function without any problems.

It will also enable that the house will discuss the problems of the state. Verma said that by making continuous pressure on the Speaker he is being prevented from fulfilling his duties which was an attack on the soul of the democracy.

He said that the ruling party should remember that the chair of the Speaker is impartial and opposition had a great role to play in the development of the state therefore for the betterment of the state Babulal Marandi should be declared the Leader of the Opposition.
