Ranchi: A high-level delegation of the BJP led by the leader of the legislature wing of the party Babulal Marandi will be travel to Lohardaga where they will interact with members of riot-hit families.
State vice president of the party Pradeep Verma that on January 23 in support of CAA a big rally was taken out in the city over which stone pelting was done while many vehicles were set on fire and loot had taken place in shops and many others were injured.
In the course of treatment one of the injured Neeraj Ram Prajapati passed away in RIMS and Lohardaga remained under Curfew but despite so much time gone the government did not worry about the people.
He said that the party had also staged a dharna and handed over a memorandum demanding compensation of Rs 10 lakh for the kin. He said that party delegation will meet the families and get to know their condition.
Those who will be part of delegation will include MP Sunil Singh, MLA Anant Ojha, Lohardaga MP Sudarshan Bhagat and few other former MLAs.
