Saraikela: Ultras belonging to the CPI Maoists killed a youth at Koplain Chowk under the Kuchai Police Station area of this district.
The deceased has been identified as Durga Munda (26) a resident of Taramba village. After killing the youth the ultras also left pamphlets on the spot in which they said Durga was among the killers of Mangal Munda moreover he also used to collect levy in the name of ultras.
On the other hand SDPO Rakesh Ranjan said that in frustration the maoists were executing such incidents due to the on-going anti-insurgency operations in the area. He said that since the maoists were on back-foot therefore they were killing innocent men to spread terror.
