Government does not believes in making lucrative promises: Hemant

Dumka: Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that his government does not believes in making lucrative promises but talks about converting promises into results.

Addressing the people after inaugurating the swimming pool here he said that wherever needed for the sake of development of Jharkhand issues would be raised on the needed platform and where there would be a need to work there focus will be only on working itself.

He said that he has received many challenges and history has it that he had always taken up the challenges and moved forward and this time also he has accepted the challenges and has taken them as opportunities.

He said that many works needed to be done and assured that with full honesty the development schemes will be realized on the ground so that a Jharkhand as per the dreams of the people can be built.

Hemant said that sub-capital Dumka has been his ‘Karma-Bhoomi’ but unfortunately the area is backward. He said that all-round development of Santhal Pargana area is his priority and the inauguration of the swimming pool is just a start and in the days to come all basic amenities of life will be provided to the people and special schemes for the progress of the area would be launched. 

He said that Dumka was the pride of the state and there was a need for everyone to work together to maintain its image.
