Ranchi: On the occasion of NATIONAL UNITY DAY, SAIL Ranchi Units Employees took the pledge together at Ispat Bhawan. Kamakshi Raman, ED(HRD) and Kajal Das, ED(CET) administered the pledges in Hindi and English respectively. Subsequently, SAIL employees ran for UNITY in Shyamali Colony. Several competitions were held in DPS School.
The debate competition was evaluated by Asit Prasad, Sandip Das and Priyojit Sarkar, whereas the judges for the painting competition were Hemu Toppo and Ayan Goswami. In essay competition on Sardar Patel, Rishit Dash of VI F was judged first, Sakshi Sonal second and Astha Singh third.
SK Das, GM Incharge (RDCIS) and Ajay Arora GM(RDCIS) were the chief guests for the occasions, with the gracious presence of Ram Singh, Principal; SAIL officers Sanjay Agrawal, ACVO; Ujjwal Bhaskar, Manas Rath, KJ Chauhan & Samira Panna. In the competition held at RDCIS the winner was Ansari, Asit and Prasenjit Manjhi shared the second slot and Navneet was adjudged third. Tomorrow’s event is KAVYA-PATH in GANGA Hall of CET among SAIL employees.
