Development is not in JMM’s DNA: Raghubar

Saraikela: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das claimed that JMM and Congress which gave the slogan of the prosperity of Jharkhand have rather looted the state and were involved in a scam of Rs 4,000 crore.

“JMM is such a party which did not honor the Andolankaris despite father and son both becoming the Chief Minister...what development can they do of Jharkhand and in JMM’s DNA development was not present,” he said addressing an election meeting at Kanubeda of Rajnagar.

He said that in the name of Icha Dam only vote bank politics has been done and assured the people that no one will be displaced and pointed that the present state government first rehabilitates the people before displacing them.

He said that the sitting JMM MLA who also served as the welfare minister did not show seriousness towards the development of his constituency or the people but ensured his own development.

He said that the father and the son did not allow the construction of the bridge which will be constructed at any cost and those who will obstruct the work will be sent behind the bars.

The Chief Minister before 2014 many industries in Adityapur and Gamharia were closed but all of them were opened after the new industrial policy and direct and indirect employment was provided to one lakh people.

He also promised that a women’s colleges will be opened in Rajnagar. Mr Das also claimed that he has provided a stain-free government on which not a single allegation has been leveled and under his tenure, the maoists were breathing their last in the state. He also outlined the various achievements which have been made by the state under his tenure.
