Ranchi: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and JVM(P) supremo Babulal Marandi said that the double engine of the BJP went ahead leaving behind the people in the compartments due to which they have decided to seize one of the engines in the state.
Addressing an election meeting in Chutia Manda Maidan he said that Jharkhand was standing at the doors of change as the people are fed up with the ill-governance of the BJP and have already made up their minds to hand over power to JVM.
He said that the double engine government cancelled ration cards of 11 lakh people and stopped pension of 2.50 lakh others.
Mr Marandi said that when his government will come into power than the people will not be forced to run after government offices.
He claimed that the law and order situation was poor in the capital and despite the local MLA being the urban development minister sewerage, the drainage scheme could not be completed and moreover in five years, the government was also not able to complete the ring road.
