To change the circumstances need to wage a war of principles: Sudesh

Ranchi (By our correspondent): AJSU party supremo Sudesh Kumar Mahto said despite being the land of the brave hearts Kolhan and its brave people are still waiting to see their dreams come true and to change the circumstances there was a need to wage a war of principles for which he has started the Swaraj Swabhimaan Yatra. 

Addressing the Ulgulan Sabha at Goyielkera where former JMM district unit chief Birsa Munda along with his hundreds of followers joined the party he said such was the love and respect in the hearts of the people towards Bhagwan Birsa Munda that even today people name their children after him.

He said that the areas of Kolhan go synonymous with the words of Jal Junglee aur Zameen. He said that area of Saranda is full of mineral and natural reserve whoever there was a need to understand its pain and said that it was unfortunate the land which bears gold and iron the people of the area are struggling to have a roof over their heads, get employment and other basic amenities of life.

Mr Mahto called on the people to unify so that the common man can get his share in the government and the ideology of the state can be established. He said that he is aware of the fact that a steel plan is being planned to set up in their area for which land of the people will be taken but they should unite that if their lands will be taken then they will also be given a share in the plant. 

He said that the state is grappling with the problems of water, power and ration and a large number of teaching posts are vacant in the state and asked to fix the responsibility against those who are playing with the future of the children.
