Sudesh to reach Kharsawan on part of his Swaraj Swabhimaan Yatra

Ranchi (By our correspondent): AJSU president and former deputy chief minister Sudesh Kumar Mahto will kick off the second phase of his Swaraj Swabhimaan Yatra from Kharsawan from Oct 27. 

AJSU’s central spokesperson Devsharan Bhagat people at Jilingada village will welcome the yatra after which Mr. Mahto will undertake padyatra at Arwa village. During the day he would organize chupals in Dorro, Serendag and Todamdih village and will participate in night chaupal at Maranghatu village where he will also interact with the villagers. Mr. Bhagat who himself oversaw preparations for the yatra said that all preparations for the yatra have been completed.

In the second phase, the yatra will travel through 59 villages in which a total of 92 kilometers of pad-yatra will be held and ‘chaupals’
and ‘samwad’ programmes will be organized. He said that the yatra will kick start after paying tributes at the Shaheed Sthal in
Kharsawan and would be held on October 29 and 30 in Chakrdharpur, October 31 Saraikela and November 1 and 2 in Ichagrah assembly area. He said that a party meet programme will also be held on October 28 in Manoharpur in which hundreds of leaders,
workers and panchayat representatives will join the AJSU.
