If Congress comes to power development of tribals on likes on Chhattisgarh: Baghel

Jamtara: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that if the Congress party comes into power in Jharkhand than the development of the poor and the tribals will be on the likes of his state.

Addressing the Jan Aakrosh Rally of the party in Raniganj village he said that in five years the BJP led government of Chief Minister Raghubar Das has only given corruption to the state including scams in ration, blankets, tube lights, mines etc.

He said that the present government of Jharkhand has stepped down to level of using foul language and said that even in his state the people were fed up with Raman Singh government which was thrown out by the people who voted for the Congress and urged the people to vote on the real issues of the state and remove the BJP from power in Jharkhand. Mr Bhagel promised that paddy will be purchased at a cost of Rs 2500 per quintal, loan waivers for farmers, if industries are not set up on the acquired land in five years that the land will be returned to the owners etc.

He said that in his state the government was providing free of cost treatment, medicines and food for the malnourished children and the women. The Chhattisgarh Chief Minister said that Congress party was walking on the path shown by Mahatma Gandhi while BJP and RSS were advocating the nationalism of Hitler and Mussolini.

He said that by following on the footsteps of Gandhiji all would be provided work security education and health care and pointed that after he came to power 4200 acres of land which was taken from the farmers in the name of setting up industries was returned to them.

Those who were also present on the occasion included in-charge for party affairs in Jharkhand RPN Singh, JPCC chief Rameshwar Oraon, Leader of Legislature Wing of the party Aalamgir Aalam, former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahai and others.
