Ranchi (By our correspondent): Chief Minister Raghubar Das launched a book E-governance and disaster management at the project building here. The book which has been penned down by Colonel Rajesh Kumar consists of finer details of working of a pre-warning system in case of natural disasters. In the seven chapters, different aspects have been explained including the study of natural and man-made disaster. The book also contains details of rescue rehabilitation and e-governance.
Those present on the occasion included Chief Secretary Sudhir Tripathi, Principal Secretary Home SKG Rahate and others.
