Daltonganj: Health Minister Ramchandra Chandravansi said that process for admission in the Palamu Medical College Hospital will be on till August 31 while 98 faculties have also been appointed.
He said that with the start of the Hospital people from Palamu, Latehar and Garhwa will be getting proper health care facilities. He said that from this year 630 doctors will be passing out from the state.
Mr Chandravansi said this year admission will be done on 100 seats each in Palamu, Dumka and Hazaribagh and 50 each in Dhanbad and Jamshedpur and another 50 in AIIMS Deoghar. He said that students from Palamu have got a new opportunity to study in medical colleges of the state and now they will not be forced to go outside for studying medicine.
The Minister said that after seeing the progress the Supreme Court directed to conduct faculties appointment. He said that whatever flaws will be there they would be rectified within a year.
