Giridih: A man lost his life while three others managed to escape as a moving van caught fire under Deori Police Station area of this district.
The deceased has been identified as Sawna Tudu (50). The man was suffering from paralysis and was being taken to the hospital when suddenly the vehicle caught fire as it approached a bridge on its way to Giridih.
The family members along with the driver somehow jumped off from the vehicle and managed to save themselves but Sawna could not be saved. In the incident the wife of the deceased sustained burn injuries.
