Devotees throng to Shiv Mandirs as auspicious month of Shravan commences

Ranchi: On the first day of the auspicious month of Shravan a huge rush of devotees was witnessed across all the Shiv Temples in the capital with the maximum turnout was witnessed at the Pahadi Baba Mandir.

This time in the temple separates barricading has been done for male and female worshipers while on every Monday four arghas will be put up so that the devotees can offer Jala-abhishek.

For the security point of view, police personnel has been also deployed at the temple while an eye on the entire area will be kept through CCTV cameras.

For the old devotees, special arrangements have been made as a LED screen has been put up where they can do live darshan as on many occasions the old people are not able to climb up the stairs.
