CM asks Tata Steel to use its CSR funds for putting up street lights and build Anganwadis

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das tasked the management of Tata Steel to use the CSR funds for building the modern anganwadi center and erecting street lights.

In a meeting with Tata Steel CEO and MD TV Narendran, a discussion was held over the role of the company in all-round development of Jamshedpur.

Mr Das also asked the company to get its hospitals in Noamundi, Jharia and Ghato empanelled under Ayushman Bharat Yojana so that poor people can get access to health care facilities.

Mr Narendran assured the Chief Minister that the company will play its active role for the all round development of the state and other key priority areas.
