Raghubar to hold meeting with doctors of RIMS

Ranchi: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Sunday will be chairing a meeting with the doctors of RIMS which will be held at the newly built trauma centers.

An order in this regard has been also issued by RIMS director Dinesh Kumar Singh in which all the doctors have been asked to be present for the meeting and along with that, all the doctors have been also instructed to put their attendance in the attendance register.

In the meeting the doctors at the state’s largest government hospital plan to draw the attention of the Chief Minister over a host of issues prominent being ACB probe against the doctors. The doctors said that they are serving the patients here while on the other hand they are being accused of private practise and being negligent in their jobs which was unfortunate and hurting.

The doctors have also decided that they would be demanding allowances as per the 7th pay commission and raise the issue of NPA. They also pointed that after retirement the doctors were not getting pension benefits along with that issues of pending academic allowance and time-bound promotion will also be taken up.

The doctors have also made up their mind to raise the issue of every day new orders being issued by the management of the hospital which is adding insult to their injuries.
