Tell truth and making people aware is responsibility of IPRD: CM

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das said in the present day responsibility of public relations is very important as it was their responsibility to tell truth to the people and make them aware. In the functioning of the information and Public Relations department here he said that all district public relation officer should ensure that information related to the schemes of the government should be available to the person standing in the last row of the society and it should be kept in mind that the work should be done as per the social and geographical location of the area and work should be done from the block to the panchayat level. He also stressed on the need for use of knowledge Science and Technology and pointed out that by using these only the society state and the country can move forward.

He directed the officials of the department to concentrate their work on Jalshakti Jal Sanchayan Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana Mukhyamantri Sukanya Yojana Ayushman Bharat Ujjwala Yojana etc. Secretary of the information and Public Relations department Sunil Kumar Barnwal said that it in for of rural areas of the state also information of the schemes of the state government should be spread and the district public relation officer should accord importance in this regard.

He said that for Santhal Pargana and Kolhan division videos should be made regarding the schemes of the state government in their local language and apart from that in 32000 villages resource person should be formed who can distribute information regarding the schemes of the government
