Godda: Body of a woman and child was recovered from a well in Hasuwa village under Pathargama Police Station area of this district. Police said that the woman had an altercation with her husband a day earlier.
Upon receiving information Godda SDPO Arvind Kumar Singh also reached on the spot and inquired into the incident.
The deceased has been identified as Mala Devi (45) and her seven-month-old infant daughter.
