RJD to demand 20 seats in Assembly elections: Abhay Singh

Ranchi: State RJD chief Abhay Kumar Singh said that within a week in all districts and different cells of the party would be constituted and said that in case of an alliance then the party would be taking its claim on 20 seats of the assembly. 

Party’s Chatra candidate Subhash Yadav said that the party would be conducting a survey of the seats on which it can win and would be then fielding its candidate. In the meeting, it was unanimously decided that the party would be requesting its national president Lalu Prasad Yadav to appoint Subhash Yadav as the incharge for Party affairs in Jharkhand. 

Former minister Satyanand Bhokta stressed on the need of strengthening the party till the booth level. In the meeting the party leaders also expressed their gratitude towards Mr Yadav for appointing Abhay Singh as the state unit chief.
