Ranchi: DC Rai Mahimpet Rey on Tuesday chaired a meeting to asses the preparations for the International Yoga day function to be held on June 21.
During the meeting he issued necessary directions to the officials concerned regarding the preparations and sucessful organising of the function. It is expected that more than 50,00 people are expected to participate in the function for which the DC reviewed the arrangements for security, breakfast, water, toilet, volunteers and better communication facilities.
He directed the chief executive engineer of building construction department to look into the arrangements of stage construction and arrangements for doing Yoga for others
