Ranchi: Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Raghubar Das Sunil Kumar Barnwal held the weekly review of the complaints registered at the Jan Samwad Kendra located at the Suchana Bhawan here during which a total of 21 cases were brought for his consideration.
The allegation of negligence in the kidney transplantation of patient Rajesh Kumar Paswan in Medanta Hospital Ranchi was found to be correct in the departmental investigation following which Mr Barnwal ordered action against hospital management and directed that the entire amount taken for the treatment to the patient be returned back.
